 | Standard Test Head
The standard test head is the default test head for our bottle leak testers. It has a 54mm seal diameter. Larger and smaller sizes for different sized necks are available. |
 | Blocked-bore test head.
The block bore test head can be used to detect an obstruction within the bottle neck. The changeable detection nose is made to suit the individual bottle neck requirements. When the detection bore comes in contact with an obstruction it pushes the plunger up creating a leak path which causes the leak tester to fail the bottle. |
 | Sure-Seal test head.
The sure-seal has a flexible rubber mount. The enables the seal to 'find' the neck of the container if it not completely flat. e.g. A 5 litre jerry can, where the neck is offset to one side and applying pressure will cause the neck to tilt. |
